Meeting running well, different person chairing and bringing biscuits each week, choosing a topic from literature each week

Just ordered new literature inc. ‘Na Library Box Set’

Rent paid three months in advance

Meeting has a friendly atmosphere with plans to introduce a greeter 

New Westpac Air system in place for 7^th Tradition

Have talked about fund flowing to NANASA 

Welcome to Country is currently not done at the meeting, we are readdressing this at the next group conscience

Meeting start time has changed to 7pm until 8:30pm – has been updated on the website 

9.3 Sunday spiritual concepts:

No issues with the group

Have started a greeter position and are working to uphold the current atmosphere of recovery 

Group members taking responsibility/leading the way at meetings

Took notes from the service workshop at the convention and looking to implement some new ideas the next group conscience.

Suggestion to contact each GSR prior to GSF’s and call for group reports personally. Suggestion to clean up the WhatsApp group. Suggestion to approach members for vacant positions and have them sit for three months to learn position and then take over. Members to encourage sponsees to involve in service. 

• • • Group Fund Flow

Can groups fund flow to the GSF to possibly have GSF events/barbecues/pizza days. Take back to groups.

• • • Westpac Air for GSF

Contact Michael to set up Westpac air for the GSF. Prudent reserve for GSF to be $10. Consensus to change 2pm social, to bringing food along at 3pm time.
