| H&I Hub activities undertaken in August 2024 included:
· Four members on the HADS and Moonyah rosters have expressed interest in correctional H&I. Clearance paperwork sent. · Emailed RBWH Mental Health Centre regarding reinstating meetings in the Mental Health Unit. · Unable to make contact Clayfield House despite calling and messaging. Clayfield House is a supported accommodation facility (63 residents), a worker approached the H&I Hub at the NA Convention following the PR Forum regarding establishing NA meetings for residents. · Presented to AODS in Ipswich with John C. Around 12 workers attended, supplied NA pamphlets, business cards and posters for wall display in the AODS office. · Met with Regional PR Sub-Committee to present H&I Hub proposal for NA to advertise in About Time (a new monthly national Australian prison newspaper) to encourage prisoners to attend NA meetings on the inside and/or maintain their recovery upon release. · Sent literature order to Townsville H&I Working Group. · July H&I report uploaded onto NA website.
