Meeting opened at 12pm at St Marks room at Winnetts Rd Daisy Hill.

Item 1. Pride Festival – 

LOGAN OUT & PROUD – OCTOBER 12th.

1. We need to provide an NA booth & PR material

2. We need to put things into place to have an NA information stall

3. LGBTQ+ meeting in Logan discussion

 

Item 2. Christmas holidays; meetings: Bring a Plate

Christmas Eve > Daisy Hill meeting;

Boxing Day . Bethania meeting.

 

New Business

Item 1. 

Local Service Conference – (LSC) 

Sunday 24th November 10am til 2pm

Will be attended by Local Service Board members & GSF’s – all members welcome to attend

Planned to be a hybrid – in person/zoom to be confirmed. 

 

Item 2. 

1. Logan becoming an Area – something to be discussed as a future venture.

2. Area Convention next year – discussions starting in different locations ie. Logan and Cairns.

 

Item 3.

Wednesday night meeting Waterford.

Does the meeting need to change to an in-house meeting or H&I meeting and be taken off the meeting list? Decision by consensus: Announce as an in-house meeting and remove from the NA meeting list.

2 members in service positions filled.Good clean time in home group. 

Attendance 24.

$300 literature order placed.

Holding $200. Bank account managed by home group members.

 

Tuesday night Daisy Hill – GSR Kellie.

Attendance solid:  15-20 weekly.

New Home Group members & service positions have changed.

Financial topics – unknown.

No Report still going with a small regular attendance.

Guest Speaker – Topic Meeting

6 Group members.

Good atmosphere.

Holding $434.90 – $200 prudent reserve.

Need to do literature order.

Good attendance 15-20 people weekly.

Good attendance.

Need to elect a new GSR. 

$18 for a Steps Working Guide to be chased up that was given out.

Rent fully paid.

Literature full.

About $60 in kitty.
