Presenters:
David T; past Trusted Servant. Nathanael current Australian Regional Service Committee Chairperson; Peter B; current Gold Coast Area Service Committee Chairperson.
Outcome:
Positive feedback from members about Logan fellowship being unified and becoming an Area to serve the local fellowship. Intent: To enable the Logan NA groups to better serve the local community and liaise with the Australian Region.
Cost: Nil.
Moved: Jacki
2nd: Dan B
Carried by Consensus.
Proposal 2.
That the newly formed Logan Area temporarily adopt the Gold Coast Area Guidelines.
Intent: To enable the Logan Area Service Committee to have guidelines to function effectively.
Cost: Nil.
Moved: Michele
2nd: Paul.
Outcome: Carried by Consensus.
Proposal 3:
That Temporary Elections be held today to elect members to vital positions (commitments).
Intent: That service tasks may be commenced while still allowing service positions to be advertised and taken back to groups thus allowing the Logan Area a smooth transition in establishing its ASC in an inclusive and timely manner.
Outcome: Carried by Consensus.
The following Trusted Servant Roles were elected, to be reviewed at the first ASC.
Chairperson/Treasurer: Kellie P.
Secretary: Krissy A.
Policy Chairperson: Michele.
