| Duties and Responsibilities: | Literature Chairperson is responsible for: • maintaining a stock of NA books and pamphlets that can be purchased by local groups at the monthly ASC meeting • presenting a detailed financial report to the Area each month • maintaining open communication with the Fellowship Service Office (FSO) where a line of credit has been established. • maintenance and storage of Literature archives and documents • When in receipt of ASC funds or a float, the Chair must present a detailed financial report to the Area each month, in accordance with Policy 15.1 |
