VICTORIA TASMANIA SERVICE AREA GUIDELINES
The purpose of the Victoria Service Area Guidelines is to provide NA members a complete description of the Narcotics Anonymous service structure in place for the Victorian Service Area.
The Guidelines serve as a establishing clarity for NA Members to address issues affecting the whole or a significant part of the Victoria Service Area. In the spirit of NA’s Twelve Traditions and Twelve Concepts, the service groups within the Victoria Service Area collectively contribute to the growth and unity of NA in the area through the development, coordination and maintenance of area-wide NA services, under the authority and direction of NA groups.
The purpose of these Guidelines is:
- to ensure the efficient operation of the Victoria Service Area
- to ensure that the principles of the Twelve Traditions and Twelve Concepts are incorporated into meeting procedures; and
- to ensure that Victoria Service Area policy is accessible to all members.
These guidelines are not meant to be exhaustive and are provided as a basis for ongoing development within the Local Service Board by the Policy Chair.
