The Australian Regional Service Committee (ARSC) has one bank account. This bank account is the ARSC/RSBoA (Regional Service Body of Australia) bank account and  is designated the RSBoA account at the bank where it is held, which is the National Australia Bank (NAB).

The ARSC Treasurer is authorised to operate this bank account. Additionally, there are, at all times a minimum of two other signatories drawn from ARSC participants who can generate and authorise payments.

External audit services

The ARSC/RSBoA Treasurer is responsible for engaging an external auditor to conduct the annual reconciliations of the ARSC/RSBoA bank account. Bank account statements are used as the source documentation for these reconciliations.

The external auditor is appointed at the AGM.  The audit report is provided to the ARSC Treasurer and is then included with the following ARSC meeting minutes and available to members on the na.org.au website.
