Fellowship Service Office (FSO) Management Committee election

The Fellowship Service Office (FSO) Management Committee, normally consists of 9 members. A quorum consists of 4 members, in keeping with their constitutional rules.

Vacancies on the FSO Management Committee should be filled by election, at an FSO Management Committee meeting from candidates in the FSO pool. Members are elected at the FSO Meeting, and each serves 3 years. Members are limited to serving two consecutive terms.

A minimum of 3 years clean time is recommended.

Nominees need to fulfil the FSO Management Committee’s obligations under law and are required to follow FSO procedure pertaining to elections including making an employment resume available to the FSO Board prior to the election.

The FSO Chair is confirmed by the ARSC at the next ARSC Meeting after their election as FSO Chair by the FSO Management Committee.

The FSO Chair reports to the ARSC the election of new FSO Board members, at the next ARSC Meeting.

Election procedures to the FSO pool

Nomination and election procedures are the same as those for the ARSC.

Recommended clean time is 3 years.

Vacancies on the pool should be filled by election at an ARSC Meeting.
