9.1.   GSR Reports

              GSR’s to please fill out the report form template word document and insert into the GSF WhatsApp chat each month. Alternatively fill out the online form and copy and paste the details from the email ‘summary receipt’ it generates and add this to the GSF WhatsApp chat.

              Discussion: Prudent reserve is a group decision, as well as use of group 7^th tradition. Transparency and accountability is important when handling NA funds however, and the questions within the group report form are aimed to encourage groups to consider the tradition. Groups may choose to answer to questions on the form however they like and are not being forced to do anything. The GSF aims not to stand as any form of governing body, but to support groups and foster unity.

    10. 1   GSF draft guidelines

Rouz has typed some draft GSF guidelines and would like if everyone could take a look and see what they think – he will post in the GSF WhatsApp chat.

10.2    Convention fund flow

Convention account details are not available in the GSF minutes for groups wishing to fund flow directly to the convention account.

Other:

• Group booklets and Business meeting IP’s are now available at the GSF to take back to homegroups as support
• Encourage group activities to promote unity i.e. Dinner before meeting/second half of meeting
